Hello, my fellow human!

I’m Stephanie — a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Missouri. I help adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and a touch of humor. Whether you’re working through adhd, anxiety, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and make sense of what’s happening in your world.

My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I believe healing happens in the context of connection — when you feel truly seen, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, uncover your strengths, and create practical ways to move forward.

Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you reconnect with your authentic self and build a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and true to who you are.

I would be honored to be part of your journey.
