Hi, I'm Stephanie, and I would love to support you on your journey!

I am passionate about supporting and working with adult individuals as they learn to navigate difficult moments, helping them connect (or reconnect) with their authentic selves, and healing emotional wounds. The emotional impact of anxiety, loss of loved ones (both two and four-legged), and trauma can be devastating.

As a fellow human, I know how challenging life can be. Sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck or damaged in some way, but this could not be further from the truth. While our experiences may shape us and inform how we show up, they do not define us.

I would be honored to assist you in identifying and cultivating your authentic self, healing emotional wounds, and creating new ways of being.
